6th Grade: Composing Project (using the 7 elements of Art)
The students were assigned a famous work of art. First the students will analyze their work (color, texture, line, etc). Then, they will compose a song to accompany their work of art using Super Duper Music Looper. Next week, the students will present their analysis and composition to the class.

7th and 8th Grade:
The students are beginning their TV Advertisement
Project. Each student will create a 30 second commercial using pictures,
text, a song they will compose in class, and Windows Movie Maker to help it all
come to life. We will watch the TV advertisements next week in class!
